Frank L. Watkins, 47, of the 500 block of W. Main St., died April 11, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
He was the son of Captain Nelson ``Bud'' Watkins and the late June Marie Fickel Watkins. Frank was born in San Diego, Calif. He graduated from Cox High School in Virginia Beach, attended Tarkio College in Missouri and Tidewater Community College. He was manager of Managed Health Care with Met Life.
Frank is survived by one son, Graham Nelson Watkins of Elizabeth City; one stepdaughter, Lynn Gipson of Jacksonville, Ark.; one sister, Suzanne Watkins of Elizabeth City; two brothers, Clark Watkins of Elizabeth City and Clayton Spikes of Annapolis, Md.
He will be cremated. A small family memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Twiford's Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
