BODY FOUND

Police on Friday found a decomposed body near the intersection of George Washington Highway and Cedar Road, police spokesman Tony Torres said.

Police could not identify the body. And the person's sex and the time of death was not yet known.

Torres said a resident discovered the body in a wooded area about 3:30 p.m. The body will be sent to the medical examiner to determine the cause of death, Torres said.
