FRED B. COLLINS JR.

Fred B. Collins Jr., of the 200 block of Harrier St., died April 10, 1995, in a local hospital.

Mr. Collins was a former security officer for Ames Department Store. He was a lifetime member of Riverside Park United Methodist Church in Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Bettie Mosley; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda Collins and Fred O'Keef of Virginia Beach; two nieces, Jenny O'Keef, and Dorothy O'Keef; one nephew, Chip O'Keef, one uncle, William A. Meadows Jr. of Miami, Fla.; and a host of other relatives in Georgia and Florida.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, in Kempsville Presbyterian Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. John Roberts. Interment will be at a later date in Jacksonville, Fla. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
