Mitchell A. Hale, 3 months, of 19524 Road 1048, died at 11:25 a.m. Friday, April 14, 1995, in Defiance Hospital Inc., Defiance, OH.
He was born in Virginia Beach, Va., on January 4, 1995, and was the son of Corey Hale and Tracy Griffiths.
Other survivors include a brother, Tyler Breen of the home; grandparents, Dave and Becky Hale of Defiance, Ohio, David and Barbara Kelly of Upland, IN, Bonnie Griffiths of Virginia Beach and Albert Griffiths of Honolulu, Hawaii; great-grandparents, Les and Mary Hale and Belva Taylor, all of Defiance, Ohio, Bud and Pauline Wilson of Tuckerton, N.J., and Betty Corliss of Cedar Run, N.J.; and great-great-grandmother Ethel Littler of Defiance, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a great-grandfather, Raymond Taylor.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 1995, in Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, Defiance, Ohio, by the Rev. Donald L. Luhring. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance. Visiting hours will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the SIDS Foundation of NW Ohio; PO Box 351; Toledo OH.
