Emma Lee Dillard Watkins, 91, of Richmond, died April 17, 1995.
She was the widow of Meredith Erskine Watkins of Suffolk and was preceded in death by her only son, Russell Edward Cobb.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Joy H. Cobb; four grandchildren, Amy Jo Cobb Watkins of Durham, N.C., Jo Ann, Kendall C. and Christopher S. Cobb, all of Richmond; and one sister, Alma Dillard Allen of Fredericksburg.
Remains rest at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad St. Road, Richmond, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
