Carolina Coco Nido, 90, of Malibu Drive, died April 19, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Nido was born in Italy and was the widow of Thomas Nido. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach and was also a member of the Italian Conversation Group.
She is survived by her daughter, Carmilia M. Cistola of Virginia Beach; two sons, Michael P. Nido of Pompano Beach, Fla., and Arthur Nido of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Pauline, Grace and Lucy of Italy; eight grandchildren, Alfred A. Cistola, Thomas M. Cistola, Daniel A. Cistola, Edward J. Cistola, Carolyn Cistola Coleman, Rita Nido Romeu, Mike Nido and Virginia Nido; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach by Fr. James Noto. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Infant Home, 317 Chapel St., Norfolk, Va. 23504, or to Catholic Charities of Hampton Roads, 4855 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23464.
