David Raymond Bumgardner, 35, died April 16, 1995, in Charlotte.
He was born in Rock Hill, S.C.
Survivors include his mother, Margie Ann Tyndall Schrum; his father, Raymond H. Bumgardner; a sister, Janet A. Bumgardner of Chesapeake; a niece; and a nephew.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, by the Rev. Allen L. Dooley. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
