The Southeastern Public Service Authority now conducts curbside recycling collections every other week.
The schedule is: Friday; May 5 and 19; June 2, 16 and 30; July 1, 15 and 29; Aug. 11 and 25; Sept. 8 and 22; Oct. 6 and 20; Nov. 3 and 17; and Dec. 1, 15 and 29.
SPSA requests that bins be out by 7 a.m. and suggests crushing cans and plastic bottles. Newspaper and other recyclables may be put in paper bags or other containers.
