Madeline Irene White, 60, died Friday, April 22, 1995, in her home.
Mrs. White was born in Galax, Va.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty Jean Dunlow of Boykins, Va.; three sons, Ralph Edward Whaley and Andrew William Jackson, both of Portsmouth, and Prentice Sampson Whaley of Virginia Beach; her mother, Stella Baker Spurlin of Norfolk; and six grandchildren.
The graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, is handling arrangements.
