DR. FRANK M. YEISER JR.

Dr. Frank Marx Yeiser Jr., 48, of Redart, Va., died Sunday, April 23, 1995.

He was a physician in Norfolk where he previously lived for 20 years. He established the Emergency Medical Services in Norfolk and remained active there in EMS, as well as in his new home, Mathews County. He was an active participant in worldwide activities of Operation Smile.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ericson Yeiser of Redart; two daughters, Heather Yeiser Wentworth and Lisa Yeiser, both of Norfolk; two sons, Graham and Forest Yeiser, both of Redart; three sisters, Vivian Adams of Pembroke, N.H., Barbara Berger of Elma, N.Y., and Grace Steller of East Hanover, N.J.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, at Foster Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews Court House, Va. For friends and associates in Hampton Roads, there will be a memorial service at 7 p.m., Monday, May 8, at Town Point Park, Norfolk. The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to either the Mathews Rescue Squad, Mathews, Va. 23109; Operation Smile; or the Frank M. Yeiser Jr. Foundation, 992 First Colonial Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454, a scholarship fund for worthy medical students.
