Dwight Truesdale, 45, of the 2700 block of Corprew Ave., died April 23, 1995.
He was born in Newport News.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Truesdale; two sons, Dwight T. Truesdale and Jamil Truesdale, both of Virginia Beach; his mother, Norma Truesdale of Hampton; two sisters, Valerie Truesdale and Gina Rodgers and two brothers, Kevin Truesdale and Gary Truesdale, all of Newport News; a grandchild, Truemond McCollum of Rhode Island; grandmother, Helen Savage of Hampton; two sisters-in-law, Hazel Blount and Wanda Turner, both of Virginia Beach; five brothers-in-law, Chavis Harris of Hampton, Thomas Harris of Alabama, Michael Harris of Chesapeake, Paul Harris of Germany and Jonathan Harris of Norfolk; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in New Calvary Baptist Church by Dr. G.G. Campbell. Burial will be in Magnolia Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pretlow's Funeral Home.
