Junie Almy Black, 81, of the 1200 block of Kittery Drive, a retired director of logistics, died April 24, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
He was retired from Yuma Proving Grounds, was the widower of Lucy Johnson Black, was a 32nd-degree Scottish Rite mason and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a son, William George Black, and his wife, Jacqueline C. Black, of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery by Dr. Ector L. Hamrick. Arrangements by Loving Funeral Home, Churchland.
