HAROLD N. WEBB

Harold Norryce Webb, 76, of Starling Court, retired President of Ames and Webb Paving Contractors, died April 27, 1995, in a local hospital.

Mr. Webb was born in Spartanburg, S.C. He was the widower of Mary Sadler Webb. Mr. Webb was a graduate of Clemson University and a Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach, the Kiwanis Club of Norfolk, and a past President of the Virginia Asphalt Association.

He is survived by a daughter, Loretta Webb Hepler and her husband, Donald Hepler Jr., of Virginia Beach; a sister, Elizabeth C. Ponds of Highlands, N.C.; two grandchildren, Tonya Lenz of Virginia Beach and Donovan Hepler of Jensen Beach, Fla.; and four great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 1995, in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, by the Rev. Georgianna Brabban Johnson. There will be a visitation today from 7 to 9 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the Sentara Hospice Program, (NU)8 Koger Executive Center, Norfolk, Va. 23502, or to the American Cancer Society.
