Steven Earle Smith, 34, of East Pollux Circle, a pipe fitter, died April 28, 1995 in Portsmouth.
He was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Dawley of Chesapeake; his parents, Leonard M. Smith, Sr., and Nellie B. Smith of Kill Devil Hills, N.C.; a sister, Cynthia D. Holthoff of Carrollton, Va.; three brothers, Leonard M. Smith, Jr. of Virginia Beach, D. Wayne Smith of Chesapeake and Michael D. Smith of Kill Devil Hills, N.C.; and a special friend, Rosemary Jones, and her son, Jason Moxley.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. George Sweet. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at 2001 Ames Court, Chesapeake.
