RONNIE K. WILLIAMS

Ronnie Keel Williams, 51, died Thursday, April 27, 1995, in Treyburn Rehabilitation Nursing Center, Durham, N.C.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel, Greenville, N.C. His ashes will be scattered over the San Francisco Bay, San Francisco, California, at a later date.

A native of Bertie County, Ronnie had lived in Hertford, and Gates County, North Carolina. He graduated from Gatesville High School and attended Western Carolina University at Cullowhee. He subsequently moved to Norfolk, Virginia and trained in X-ray technology at Norfolk General Hospital. Later, in Dallas, Texas he trained as a technician in radiology and oncology.

He worked as a technician in the field of X-ray for twenty-eight years. Locations included: George Washington University Hospital, Washington, DC; San Jose General Hospital, San Jose, CA; Enloe Hospital, Chico, CA; and North Carolina Memorial Hospital, Chapel Hill, NC.

He is survived by two sisters - Allie ``Bee'' Williams Felton of Gatesville, NC, Jean Williams of Eure, NC; nephew - Billy Felton of Monroe; two nieces - Debbie Pierce of Roxobel, Denise Felton-Pierce of Sunbury; two great nieces and great nephews.
