Queen E. Vinson, 78, of the 500 block of Nelson St., died April 28, 1995.
She was the widow of Willie O. Vinson.
Survivors include a daughter, Queen O. Spikes, and a son-in-law, Donald R. Spikes Sr., both of Norfolk; a sister, Dottie Mitchell of Cleveland, Ohio; grandchildren, Donald Spikes Jr. and Derrick Spikes, both of Norfolk; and a nephew, James Mitchell of Cleveland, Ohio.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church by the Rev. Charles Hart. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Arrangements by Fisher Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
