Mamie Elizabeth Wooten Brown, 46, of the 300 block of Beechwood Ave., died April 28, 1995.
She was born in Norfolk, was a librarian at Bloxom Elementary School on the Eastern Shore and a member of First Lutheran Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include her parents, Lillian C. Wooten and Cecil N. Wooten of Norfolk; a brother, Cecil N. Wooten, Jr. of Chesapeake; a great-aunt, Winifred ``Peggy'' Smith; and nephews, Jonathan Wayne Wooten and Justin Norman Wooten.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Sam Austin. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. today. Donations to the Transplant Support Group, c/o Nancy Hurst, Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
