Dorothy Allen Allison, 74, of the 600 block of Bethune Drive, a homemaker, died April 29, 1995, in Hillhaven Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Mrs. Allison was born in Buena Vista, Va. She was the widow of Leslie R. Allison.
Survivors include three daughters, Darlene Adair of Lake City, Fla., and Debra Chauncy and Tamale Allison, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Michael Allison of Virginia Beach; her mother, Wilma Allen of Roper, N.C.; three sisters, Mary A. Herbert of Virginia Beach, Brenda Korwin of Chesapeake and Linda Maciak of Windsor, N.C.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Ave. Chapel, by the Rev. Billy L. Kincaid. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to London Bridge Baptist Church, 2460 Potters Road, Virginia Beach, Va., Mini-Bus Fund.
