CRYSTAL E. FUTRELL

Crystal Eure Futrell, 79, of the 4700 block of Manor Ave., died April 29, 1995.

She was a native of Portsmouth, and was the widow of Lyman W. Futrell Sr. She was a receptionist for Dr. Dratler in Portsmouth for many years. She was a member of Cottage Place United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Berton F. Eure of St. Petersburg, Fla. and his wife, Audrey, and Harvey B. Eure of Portsmouth and his wife, Grace; a granddaughter, Dawne Meyer of Basel, Switzerland; a grandson, Lyman W. Futrell III of Portsmouth; four great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Faye Futrell Cook of Chesapeake. She was predeceased by a son, Lyman W. Futrell Jr.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Loving Funeral Home by the Rev. James Thomas. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home, and other times at 4725 Manor Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cottage Place United Methodist Church.
