JAMES ROBERT BOND

James Robert Bond, 69, died April 30, 1995, in Stuart Circle Hospital, Richmond, Va.

He was a native of Atlanta, Ga. He served in the Air Force in WWII. He was President of DeJarnette and Paul from 1970-1990 and has been a director of Jefferson Bankshares since 1967. He was the widower of Constance Tunnell Bond.

Survivors include one brother, George W. Bond of Pulaski, Tenn; two sons, James R. Bond Jr. of Washington, D.C., and Frank Bond and his wife, Sandy, of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.

The graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
