George Newbill Grant, 90, of the 400 block of Discovery Road, died Monday, May 3, 1995, in a Virginia Beach convalescent center.
He was the retired co-owner of Grant Electric Co., having worked with his brother from 1934 to 1952. He was born in Norfolk and was a member of Virginia Beach United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Kimbrough Grant.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 5, in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. William D. Bruner. Cox Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
