John William Bryant, 48, died May 3, 1995, in Kingman, Kan.
Mr. Bryant was formerly of Portsmouth, Va., and was a retired city appraiser for the County Clerks Office in Kingman, Kan. He was a Vietnam veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from the U.S. Navy, serving on the U.S.S. Shenandoah.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela H. Bryant; a daughter, Angela Bryant; a son, Jeremy S. Bryant, all of Kingman, Kan.; a sister, Fay Allen of Coinjock, N.C., three brothers, Gary ``Woody'' Brown of Portsmouth, Va., Dwight Leonard of Virginia Beach, Va., Bill Bowen of Goose Creek, S.C.; and many other loved ones.
A funeral will be held Saturday, May 6, 1995, in Livingston Mortuary, Kingman, Kan., with burial in Walnut Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hope Haven Children's Home, Virginia Beach. Foster Funeral Home supplied local information.
