Marguerite Doughtie Lassiter, 74, of the 4100 block of Queenswood Drive, a retired machine operator, died May 6, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Lassiter was born in Portsmouth. She retired from civil service at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and attended Deep Creek United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph H. Lassiter; a daughter, Debbie F. Male of Delanco, N.J.; a brother, John F. Doughtie Jr. of Suffolk; and a grandson, Brendan Joseph Male of Delanco, N.J.
All services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is in charge.
