Ford Motor Co. will hold its annual shareholders meeting at the Norfolk Waterside Convention Center on Thursday, only the second such meeting held away from its Dearborn, Mich., corporate headquarters since the company went public in 1956. Last year's shareholders meeting was in Cleveland.
