RANDOLPH S. BRENT II

Randolph S. Brent II, 72, died in a Hampton nursing home on Friday, May 12, 1995.

He was a graduate of Episcopal High in Alexandria and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Virginia. He served in World War II in the Air Force. He started his career at CBS Television in New York, he then served as General Manager of WHRO Television in Norfolk before retiring he served as the Director of the Chamber of Commerces in Bedford, Va.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor McCauley Brent.

He is survived by two children, Randolph Stith Brent III of Hampton and Eleanor Kendall Brent of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Mrs. Eileen Brent Beckman, Frances Brent and Mrs. Laura Montague Bristow, all of Virginia.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 15, 1995 at graveside in Bedford, Va., at 10 a.m. Carder Tharp Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Patrick Henry Boys and Girls Home in Brookneal, Va.
