Margaret Pierce Bell, 66, of the 800 block of Gatling St., died Saturday, May 13, 1995, in Pitt Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Bertie County and was a member of the Windsor United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Carter Bell, three daughters, Jane B. Brandon of Williamston, Peggy B. Daly of Windsor, and Holley B. Alexander of Needham, Mass.; and her grandchildren, Tom, Turner, Cartwright, Nancy and Jane Katherine Brandon, Carter, Charles, and Margaret Daly, and Eben Alexander.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Windsor United Methodist Church by the Rev. Clyde Denny. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor. Memorials may be made to the Roanoke-Chowan Hospice, the Windsor United Methodist Church or to the Bertie County Rescue Squad.
