Mr. Lane leaves behind a wife, Cheryl Lane; a daughter, Christy Lane of Chesapeake; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Lane of Currituck, N.C.; and one brother, Loyd Carlton Lane of Richmond, Va.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Rehoboth Baptist Church, Maple Road, Currituck, N.C. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church of your choice.
