Russell Perkins, 74, of the 1000 block of Hatton St., died May 13, 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Alberta Perkins; a daughter, Marilyn P. Sprull of Norfolk; three sons, Alvin Perkins and Russell Perkins Jr. of Norfolk and Calvin Perkins of California; a sister, Ruby Perkins of Norfolk; four brothers, Rudolph Perkins of Norfolk, Harold Perkins, Elmo Perkins and Ralph Perkins, all of Chesapeake; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in New Hope United Church of Christ by the Rev. James Anderson. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
