Van Luong, 71, of the 1000 block of Northwood Drive, a self-employed tailor, died May 14, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Luong was born in China and was a Buddhist.
Survivors include his wife, Que Mai To; a son, Kiet Hong Luong of Virginia Beach; and a grandson.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today and Wednesday.
