Charles J. Zartman Jr., 62, of the 800 block of Westover Ave., died May 13, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mr. Zartman was born in New Lexington, Ohio, and was a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, Hospital Administration. He was employed as an anesthetist and health care administrator at Maryview Hospital for one year.
Survivors include a brother, Robert E. Zartman of Pleasantville, Ohio; and nieces and nephews.
