RUDOLPH WILKINS

On May 11, 1995, Rudolph Wilkins, son of Ernestine Richards Langston and stepfather Andrew J. Langston and deceased father, Woodie Willie Wilkins; died after an extended illness.

Rudolph Wilkins graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and attended Norfolk State College, Norfolk, Va. He worked extensively in the area of bookkeeping and accounting in the state of New York and was highly respected for his abilities in the area of finance.

Rudolph made the state of New York his home where he resided for 34 years. He met and married his former wife Veronica Saunders Wilkins and together reared two lovely children.

Rudolph Wilkins is survived by his devoted former wife, Veronica Saunders Wilkins and two lovely children of college graduate status, Karen Wilkins, University of California Chico, now residing in California and Rudy Wilkins, a graduate of Harvard University, now residing in New York City. The deceased also is survived by one brother and six sisters, Robert W. Wilkins, Annette W. Byrd, Hilda W. Boone, Betty W. Thweatt, Jean W. Pullen, Michelle W. Ford and Dr. Robin L. Phillips. There exists a number of nephews and nieces, Dwayne Wilkins, Kareema Wilkins, Adrian B. Dickerson, Sonya Byrd, Karl Boone, Albert Thweatt II, Rodney Thweatt, Dennis Barnes, Eric Ford and Tiffany Ford.

Mr. Wilkins' remains rest and are eulogized in the city of New York and memorial services as requested by the deceased will be held with the immediate family at a later announced date and time.

We appreciate the love and kindness extended toward the family as Rudolph Wilkins takes his place upon God's intended peace and rest.
