RALPH C. COOPER

Ralph C. Cooper, 83, of the 500 block of Orton St., died May 13, 1995, in the Naval Hospital.

Mr. Cooper was retired from the U.S. Navy after 25 years. He was a member of Emanuel AME Church, former vice chairman of the Trustee Board and member of the Men's Fellowship Building Program Committee. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict.

Survivors include his wife, Peachie M. Cooper.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Emanuel AME Church by the Rev. J.F. Mason. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The body will be in church at 10 a.m. The family will assemble at Fisher Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. for the processional to the church.
