Janet D. Duffee, 44, of the 600 block of Margaret Drive, an office manager, died May 16, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Duffee was born in Norfolk and was employed with Jessie Wasserman-CPA. She was a member of St. John's Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, Frank F. Duffee; two daughters, Jessica M. Duffee of Chesapeake and Carrie O. Lavelle of Virginia Beach; a sister, Lynn D. Kadrich of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Daniel O. Dunagan of Greenville, Miss., Daryl M. Dunagan of Reidsville, N.C., and Todd H. Dunagan of Virginia Beach; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rebekah Moore Dunagan and Hubert O. Dunagan.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in St. John's Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Hank Brooks. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John's Baptist Church, Building Fund, P.O. Box 6309, Virginia Beach, Va. 23456.
