Jessie R. Gearhart, 83, died May 13, 1995, in Jacksonville.
She lived in Norfolk, Va., for 32 years before moving to Jacksonville in 1976. She was the widow of Charles P. Gearhart and was a former member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Noel Snyder; two grandchildren, Cheryl Stohler and Glen Snyder; and two great-grandchildren, Matthew and Julie Stohler, all of Jacksonville.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Charles Blalock. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
