Police on Friday identified the 19-year-old man killed in a shooting a day earlier as Michael Gipson of the 3200 block of Crocus Court.
Police said Gipson was shot in the head during an apparent confrontation with 18-year-old Michael G. Forbes of the 1400 block of Amberly Forest Drive.
Forbes was charged with first-degree murder Friday and is being held in jail without bond.
Police said the confrontation happened in front of the victim's house, but declined to say what the argument was about.
