After reading your article concerning the demise of Computer Dynamics Inc., I could not help but be enraged over the way Robert Starer and Alan Fuentes have behaved.
These two men have been jockeying for control of CDI for years while gradually dismembering a once viable company. But are they they ones to suffer? Unfortunately, it is the average employee who takes the fall.
Due to the endless bickering and back-stabbing between these two men, hundreds of people have had to seek employment elsewhere; some have yet to find employment. Mr. Starer and Mr. Fuentes should be ashamed of themselves for placing their macho egos before the best interests of CDI and its employees. It is their lack of essential managerial skills that have left the CDI employee with nothing but a pink slip. I can only hope that all the jettisoned CDI employees can make alternative arrangements as quickly as possible and find employment where management egos do not compromise a company's integrity.
