MYRTLE A. POLK

Myrtle Ashburn Polk, 93, died May 20, 1995, in Snow Hill Nursing Home of complications following a stroke. She was the daughter of the late Reba and Quince Ashburn. Her late sister was Edna Ashburn Eberrern of Suffolk, Va.

Her late husband was Norman Polk of Pocomoke City, Md. who died in 1986.

She is survived by Norma Polk Miles of Pocomoke City, Md. and Quincy Polk of Asheville, N.C.; five grandsons; and five nieces including Elizabeth Eberrern Tonkin of Suffolk.

Graveside services will be held May 23, 1995, at Pitts Creek Presbyterian Cemetery, Pocomoke City, Md. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Costen House, c/o Carol Wilkes, Treasurer, 706 Homewood Drive, Pocomoke City, Md. 21851. Arrangements by Melson Funeral Home, Pocomoke City, Md.
