Clyde Staton Mizelle, 80, of 922 U.S. 17 North, died Saturday, May 20, 1995. He was a native of Bertie County, a member of the Windsor Assembly of God Church where he had served as a deacon and secretary and treasurer. Mr. Mizelle was a retired foreman at Lea Lumber Co.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda M. Williams of Edenton, N.C., and Anita M. Jackson of Dalton, Ga.; a son, Thomas J. Mizelle of Windsor; and nine grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Windsor Assembly of God Church by the Rev. Glenn Lawrence and the Rev. Chuck Gray. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
