The Omni Waterside Hotel in Norfolk has a new owner and manager. Prudential Real Estate Investors formed a joint venture with Intertech Corp. and HEI Hotels to own and operate four hotels, including the Omni. Financial terms were not disclosed. The other three hotels under new management include the BWI Marriott at Baltimore-Washington International Airport, the Crowne Plaza in Edison, N.J., and the Hilton Hotel in Novi, Mich.
