Elizabeth Stewart of the 1000 block of Hope Ave., died May 23, 1995.
Mrs. Stewart was born in Kenbridge, Va., and was the widower of the Rev. Calvin Stewart. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, the Mothers Board and Angelic Choir.
Survivors include a daughter, Sally S. Mason of Virginia Beach; two sons, Calvin Stewart of Miami and Daniel Stewart of Norfolk; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Daniel Mason of Virginia Beach; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in New Hope Baptist Church by the Rev. E. Ray Cox. Burial will be in Jones Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is in charge.
