Clyde F. Baker Jr., 61, died May 23, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Baker was born in Gates County, N.C. He retired from Ford Motor Co. after 32 years and was employed as a school bus driver for Virginia Beach Public Schools for eight years.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita R. Baker; two daughters, Sheila R. Morgan and Mary L. Sanders, both of Virginia Beach; four sons, Clyde F. Baker III of Chesapeake and Dale W. Baker, Ronald G. Baker and David K. Baker, all of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mrs. Mable B. King of Greenville, N.C., and Mrs. Vivian C. Nassif of Virginia Beach; and 14 grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Carlton E. Smith. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
