My first visit to Harbor Park this season was ``clouded'' by the new no-smoking rules.
I quit smoking eight years ago. However, I was appalled when my mother was asked not to smoke outside in the open park.
You are only allowed to smoke on a small deck by the concession stand, and get this: There are no ashtrays.
There are many things we can restrict in America, but if we are to forbid people to smoke outside, why not make it illegal and collect revenue off the fines to help others.
