Willie Lloyd Turner of 500 Corrections Way, died Thursday in GRCC.
He was a native of Southampton County, Va., and the son of the late Robert Elbert and Gussie Turner Sr.
Survivors include wife, Betty Lee Turner of Richmond; a daughter, Wanda Turner Ceasar of Washington, D.C.; and a son, Willie Lawrence Turner of Suffolk; a sister, Esmon Thompson of Portsmouth; two brothers, James M. Turner of Baltimore and Herbert ``Kahalid'' Turner of New Orleans; an uncle, James H. Peeples of Franklin; two aunts, Louise Holliman of Franklin and Irene Porter of Norfolk; and nine grandchildren.
