DOUGLAS A. KOVACS

Douglas Allen Kovacs, 46, of the 100 block of S. Kentucky Ave., died May 25, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Kovacs was born in Waterbury, Conn. He was employed with Loral Training & Technical Services as an electronics/engineering technician. He had also been with the U.S. Air Force for eight years.

Survivors include his wife, Carla Kovacs; two daughters, Michelle Kovacs and Danielle Kovacs of Easthampton, Mass.; a son, Nicholas Allen Kovacs of Virginia Beach; a stepson, David Emery of Wisconsin; his father, Frank Kovacs of Long Island, N.Y.; a brother, Ronald Kovacs, of Arizona. He was predeceased by his mother, Anna Baracek.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Good Samaritan Episcopal Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Robert Lundquist. Burial will be private at a later date. Family will receive friends at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
