PERCY L. ETHERIDGE SR.

Percy Lee Etheridge Sr., of the 3000 block of Clubhouse Road, died May 27, 1995.

Mr. Etheridge was born in Chesapeake and was a member of True Way Evangelistic Mission Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Lula Etheridge; two daughters, Annie M. Wilson and Dorothy M. Dancy, both of Virginia Beach; six sons, Norman Cuffee and Percell Woodhouse, both of Virginia Beach, Percy Etheridge Jr. of Killeen, Texas, Percy Etheridge III and Larry Etheridge of Florida and Melvin Etheridge of Charleston, S.C.; four sisters, Dorothy Owens and Manada Jones, both of Virginia Beach, Laura Gardner and Willie M. Walker both of Chesapeake; two brothers, Albert Gardner of Chesapeake and Larry Gardner of Florida; 30 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Upper Room Church on the Rock, Virginia Beach, by Elder Wilbur Burton. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is in charge.
