Alyce W. Jefferson, 91, of the 5600 block of Wesleyan Drive, died May 30, 1995, in Sentara Bayside Hospital. She was a University of Delaware graduate and a high school teacher.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Jim Cannon of Virginia Beach; a brother, Thomas B. Watson of Wilmington, Del.; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at Hardesty Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeville, Del., Friday, June 2 at 11 a.m. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
