Police said Friday they were investigating the shooting of a 36-year-old woman as a suspicious death after her husband reported that she had committed suicide.
Deborah G. Sedath was found shot in the face at her residence in the 2600 block of Barclay Ave. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police were called at 4:25 a.m. by the woman's husband, who reported that she had removed a revolver from a nightstand and shot herself.
``At this time, investigators are attempting to determine all of the circumstances surrounding her death,'' said police spokesman G.A. Brown.
