Rachel Alyssa Hendricks, of the 2800 block of Willowood Drive, infant daughter of Cheryl K. Hendricks and Mark S. Hendricks, died June 3, 1995 in a local hospital.
She was born in Norfolk.
Other survivors include two sisters, Angela and Krista Hendricks, both of Chesapeake; maternal grandparents, Walter and Dorothy Klink of Columbia, Mo.; paternal grandmother, Lee Hendricks of Chesapeake; paternal great-grandmother, Elenora Koehler of Union, N.J.; uncle, aunt and cousin, Sean, Dianne and Miles Hendricks of Chesapeake; and aunt and uncle, Kathy and Chris Perry of Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Paul Kettner. Arrangements by Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel.
