Lee A. ``Dick'' Whichard, 77, of the 1100 block of Barbour Drive, died June 4, 1995.
Mr. Whichard was retired from the City of Portsmouth. He was the widower of Nettie J. Whichard.
He is survived by two daughters; three sons; and two sisters.
A funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Holy Way Temple of Faith by the Rev. H.C. Thomas. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will be at the residence. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
