Willie Morris of the 2000 block of Midway Ave., a retired restaurant owner, died June 6, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Morris was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Henry Morris. She was a former member of Garretts Community Church and Queen Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Morris; a daughter, Dorothy McPherson of Newark, N.J.; a son, Johnnie Morris of Chesapeake; and a daughter-in-law, Muzzetta Morris of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Mount Zion Interdenominational Church by the Rev. Willie McNair. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge.
